Hawaii

ALOHA! We got back from our trip to Hawaii the weekend before last and had such a wonderful trip! I've been putting off updating the blog because the thought of narrowing down which pics to post was so overwhelming...goofy, I know. Obviously I didn't do too well since there are TONS of pics on here. Sorry in advance- I know I posted way too many. Oh well.

Anyway, Landon's dad and step-mom have a home on the big island that we stayed in. They were already there so we took Stockton with us for a fun trip with his grandparents! We had such a great time, thanks again you guys!

He loved watching the planes
A guy gave us this lei, he was loving it
Hawaii house
Beautiful ocean view-I saw 5 whales from the balcony!
"TSUNAMI"!! (There are tons of Tsunami warning signs everywhere). :o)
Playing in the yard with gramps
City of Refuge in Kona
Nearly naked man carving those statue thingys, lol.
We went to the Kona temple, very pretty.
Cute little turtle. We saw a few huge ones snorkeling- no diving this trip.
Loving those curls in the humidity!

This is a cute kids beach where they put huge boulders out to break the surf so the water is calm and pretty shallow for the little sweeties. He wasn't sure about everything his first trip to the beach but by the end he was a little fish!
Making friends with the locals

Beach bum!

Black sand beach...this place is soo beautiful!

YUM, sand!

His own tiny lawnchair, he is too cute!

The boys

A pretty spot by the beach

Being silly

We swam across this river that flows into the ocean and got under the waterfall, there's also a big cave back there. We swung off that rope swing hanging down too, sooo fun!!

?

Our cute little fam!

Banana tree...with a gecko

This is on the walk that Landon's step-mom takes every morning. I would go on more walks too if this was the view!

Akaka falls

Love this pic

There are scary little toads that come to the pond at their house in the evening, some were huge! They creeped me out!

The neighbor's palms

Cute baby gecko...I'd way rather have these running around the house than spiders!

Kilauea volcano

Walking through the lava tubes

Cute stroller boy

Big A%@ banyan tree!

Good spot to see turtles

My cute boys!

I am so jealous! You look like you had an amazing time and those pictures are almost too beautiful to believe. I take it Stockton did well on the plane? I am scared to take Emmie on plane rides at this age. LOL. Next time take me with you! ;)

HAWAII!! Okay, this post makes me completely jealous. Somewhere I've always wanted to go, now I want to go more than ever! Glad you had a good time. Oh, and, by the way, love the baby gecko, so many of the Stockton pics I can't even name them all, the lava tubes, beaches AND your hair looks completely fabulous. How did you get it so straight in that humidity?
