V day

Every Valentines Day our tradition is to stay home and make homemade pizza so that is what we did this year. I used to work at a restaurant in college and I know how crazy it gets that night so we just stay away!! I imagine one of these years we'll want to find a sitter and get out (which who on earth wants to babysit for you on V Day), but for now we're happy with what we do. :)

I love making fun holiday treats so I saw this idea on a website and had to do it. The site had a big disclaimer saying "If you are easily offended...don't scroll down!!!" That made me laugh. I'm pretty sure my friends and family can handle these HILARIOUS cookies! Landon loves those cookie boquets which I have gotten for him before, but they are ridiculously expensive so I thought I'd do my own cute sugar cookies. He loved them and they are suprisingly good!

My sweetie had flowers delivered to our house during the day and when I opened the front door... he was the cute delivery man! They are soo beautiful and I wish they lasted forever! He knows I'm not a roses girl so he always picks out something different. He also brought my favorite treat and made me a "mixed tape CD" (haha) with a bunch of cute songs on it. Love it! Hope everyone had a great day with their sweeties too!
